A Coaching Agreement is an agreement whereby two parties agree on the provision of coaching services. The parties are the coach and the client. The coach may be an individual or a coaching company that will render the coaching services, while the client who will avail of such services may either be an individual or a company. Coaching pertains to the act of one person called the coach in improving one or more areas of the life of another called the client. A client who wishes to improve one or more areas of his life may avail the services of a coach.
Coaching may involve different areas of expertise such as life, health, business, or a combination of each. As a popular business or engagement, it is helpful if the agreement to provide coaching services is properly laid out to inform the parties what to expect and to protect their rights and interest.
Before a life coach, health or fitness coach, or business coach renders his services, this document is helpful so that misunderstandings about how the coaching services will be rendered, are avoided.
